A HighLevel agency for UK small businesses that just want it to work
I'm Ben. I run FKIT from Burton Upon Trent, and I set up HighLevel for small businesses across the UK. Not big firms with a marketing department. People like me, who answer the phone with one hand and do the invoices at the kitchen table.
I started FKIT because I kept thinking the same thing: there has to be a better way. Enquiries going cold. Customers forgetting appointments. Reviews never asked for. A CRM somebody paid for and nobody opens. HighLevel fixes a lot of that, but only if it's set up properly. That's my job.
A chair that stays booked
Someone books a colour. The seat is only really taken once the deposit lands. The salon, the client and the £20 are made up.

Made-up names and made-up messages. This is the shape of the work: a reply, a reminder, a review ask, and one inbox. Not a customer's results.

What HighLevel actually is
HighLevel is one platform that does the jobs most small businesses spread across five apps and a notebook. Contacts and a pipeline. Booking calendars. Email and text. Review requests. Forms, simple websites and funnels. One inbox for your messages. And automations, which are just rules: "when this happens, do that".
You don't need a new website to use it. If you have one, your forms can feed straight in. If you don't, a booking link, a Facebook lead form or a QR code on the van will do.
What I do with it
I build the bits that save you time and stop work slipping through the cracks:
- Follow-up that doesn't rely on memory. An enquiry comes in, a reply goes out, and you get a task to call them.
- Booking and reminders. People book themselves in, get a reminder, and you get fewer empty slots.
- Review requests. Sent after the job, while they still remember you.
- Reminders your customers actually need. MOTs, services, tax deadlines, renewals. Whatever your trade runs on.
- A pipeline you can see. So you know who's waiting on what without opening a spreadsheet.
Then I hand it over so you can run it yourself, or I stay on and look after it. Your call.
What it costs
The platform is £97 a month + VAT. That's the short version. The full list, plus VAT, is on the automation page. Your data is yours. If you leave, I'll move your account to another HighLevel agency or your own HighLevel account, or export your contacts and records. Your choice.
Who it's for
Trades and garages. Salons, barbers and beauty. Accountants and bookkeepers. MSPs and IT support firms. Clinics, coaches, anyone with a diary and a phone that rings at the wrong time. If you've got one person doing the admin (or no-one, and it's you at 9pm), this is built for you.
Who it's not for: big teams who need heavy enterprise reporting and a thousand integrations. I'll tell you straight if something else suits you better.
Why me and not a big agency
Because I'm in the same boat. I run a small business too, on a small budget, and I won't sell you features you'll never switch on. You deal with me, not an account manager reading a script. I explain things in plain English, and if HighLevel on its own is all you need, I'll say so.
Start with a chat
Twenty or thirty minutes. You tell me how things work today, where it hurts, and I'll tell you honestly whether HighLevel will help.
