Terms of Service

FKIT Club Ltd · Last updated: 25 August 2026

Agreement

By using fk-it.co.uk or booking a conversation with us, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Who we are

Services are provided by FKIT Club Ltd. Contact: Enquiries@fk-it.co.uk

The website

The site is provided as-is for information about our work and to let you get in touch. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is always up to date.

Discovery calls & enquiries

Booking a discovery call or sending an enquiry does not create a paid contract. Any project, retainer or implementation work is subject to a separate agreement (proposal, statement of work or contract) that sets out scope, fees and responsibilities.

Services

When we agree to deliver work, the specific terms in that agreement take priority over this page. In general:

  • We provide services with reasonable care and skill
  • You provide timely access, information and decisions we need
  • Fees, payment timing and notice periods are as agreed in writing
  • We may use vetted subprocessors and tools to deliver the work

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and materials belong to FKIT Club Ltd (or our licensors) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Project deliverables are handled in the relevant client agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site. That includes attempting to break security, scrape in bulk without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the website. For paid services, liability caps and exclusions are set out in the relevant client agreement.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
