Who it's for
If you run a small business, this is for you.
FKIT is for any small business that wants fewer missed leads and less admin.
Accountants, garages, trades, clinics, salons, hospitality, retail and professional services are examples. They are not a list you have to fit.

The jobs it takes off your plate
Same problems, whatever is on the sign above the door. The platform is set up around the outcome, not the trade.
Missed calls and leads
A missed call can get a text back, so the person is not lost while you are with someone else.
Chasing reviews
After the job, a review request can go out without you having to remember.
Double admin
The same details do not have to be typed into three different places.
No follow-up
A new enquiry can get a reply even when you are with a customer.
Scattered tools
Contacts, bookings and messages can sit in one place, instead of five apps and a notebook.
Looks like your business?
A few examples of what FKIT sets up. Where there is a longer page, the card links to it. The rest are still in scope.
Accountants
Client deadline reminders, so dates do not slip.
Garages and MOT
MOT and service reminders, plus a text when a call is missed.
Trades
Missed-call text back, and a diary that follows up.
Clinics
Appointment reminders, and a follow-up when an enquiry does not book.
Salons
Online booking, deposits and reminders. Hair and beauty coming soon.
Hospitality
A booking link and a reminder, so a table or a room does not sit empty.
Retail
Shop and website enquiries land in one list, with a reply.
Professional services
A list of who has been in touch, and a nudge when a quote goes quiet.
IT support
Lead capture, renewals and quote follow-up.
Not a closed list
Not on the list? Still for you.
If you have a phone, a diary and follow-up that currently lives in someone's head, this is for you. The names above are examples. They are not a menu you have to match.
How the 14-day trial works
The trial is 14 days of the HighLevel platform. The card is taken up front. It does not include AI or text messages. £97 + VAT a month starts on day 15, unless you cancel before then. A reminder goes out 3 days before that charge.

A separate FKIT product
AI workforce
AI coworkers, looked after by FKIT. This is not the AI inside HighLevel, and it is not part of the 14-day trial.
HighLevel can add chat and phone tools later, as paid extras. The AI workforce is a different product.

Questions people ask first
What is included in the 14-day trial?
The trial is 14 days of the HighLevel platform. The card is taken up front. It does not include AI or text messages. Add-ons, care and set-up are optional afterwards. The platform price is £97 a month + VAT from day 15.
When does the monthly price start?
The card is taken when you start. £97 a month + VAT starts on day 15, unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder 3 days before that charge.
How do I cancel the trial?
Cancel any time before day 15 and the monthly price does not start. After a charge, the terms are what apply. If you are not sure, book a call and we will talk it through.
Do I need a new website to use HighLevel?
No. Keep your current website, or don't have one at all. HighLevel can take enquiries from your site's forms, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, a booking link or a QR code on your van, and run the follow-up from there.
Start with a call.
20 to 30 minutes. We will tell you if the platform is the right fit, whatever the business is.
