HighLevel for trades and garages: fewer missed jobs, less evening admin
You're under a car or up a ladder when the enquiry comes in. By the time you've washed your hands and called back, they've booked someone else. Then it's quotes and invoices after tea. I get it. That's the bit HighLevel helps with.
Tickets on the wall, not another brochure
Example data
Made-up jobs. Each ticket stamps onto the board in turn. A garage diary, not a salon card.

The call you couldn't take
The phone rings while you're under a sink. A text goes out so the job doesn't vanish with the missed call.

The call lands as missed. That's the trigger. The number below is an example.

MOT and service reminders that send themselves
For garages, this is the big one. I add each customer's registration number and MOT due date to their record in HighLevel. Then:
- A few weeks before it's due, they get a text or email reminder with a link to book.
- Closer to the date, a second nudge if they haven't booked.
- Services and tyres can work the same way.
No more flicking through a diary or a spreadsheet, and fewer customers drifting to the place down the road just because they were the ones who remembered.
Reply to enquiries before someone else does
When someone fills in a form or a Facebook lead ad, HighLevel can send a reply straight away and give you a task to call them. You stay in the running even if you're mid-job.
Quotes and follow-ups
Put jobs in a pipeline: enquiry, quoted, booked, done. If a quote's sitting there unanswered, a polite follow-up can go out on its own. You decide the wording, so it still sounds like you.
Reviews while they still remember you
When a job's marked done, HighLevel can send a review request. Asking at the right moment beats remembering three weeks later.
What it costs
Texts are charged as you send them. The platform, the set-up and the rest of the figures are on my automation page.
