Who we are

FKIT Club Ltd (“FKIT”, “we”, “us”) provides software, automation and related technology services. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use fk-it.co.uk, book a call, or otherwise deal with us.

Contact: Enquiries@fk-it.co.uk

What we collect

  • Identity & contact — name, email, phone, business name, and anything you send in a message or form.
  • Booking data — preferred times, call notes, and related scheduling information.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and basic usage data needed to run and secure the site.
  • Cookies — see our cookie notice on the site. We use essential cookies to operate the site; optional cookies only with your consent where required. Site usage is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How we use it

  • Respond to enquiries and run discovery calls
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Send service-related messages (booking confirmations, reminders)
  • Send marketing only where you’ve consented or where the law allows (you can opt out any time)
  • Keep the site secure and diagnose problems
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we rely on:

  • Contract — to deliver what you’ve asked for
  • Legitimate interests — running and improving the business, security, basic analytics
  • Consent — marketing messages and non-essential cookies where required
  • Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose data

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We use trusted processors to run the business, for example:

  • Hosting and site infrastructure
  • CRM, booking and communications tools (including platforms used to schedule calls and send email/SMS)
  • Email and productivity tools

Some tools may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by law.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the life of a client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Enquiry data that does not become a client relationship is reviewed and deleted when it is no longer useful.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete data (in certain cases)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability (where applicable)
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it

Email Enquiries@fk-it.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Marketing & calls/SMS

If you book a call or submit a form, we may contact you by phone, email or SMS about that enquiry and related services. Marketing messages are sent only with appropriate consent or as otherwise permitted. Reply STOP to SMS or use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out of marketing.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
