FKIT sets up HighLevel and the work around it: lead follow-up, booking, reminders and review requests. £97 a month + VAT. It gets you HighLevel itself. Set-up, care, changes and automations are extras. A discovery call is where we work out which suits you.

The platform is HighLevel. You do not need a new website to use it.
We set the account up, connect the bits you already have, and leave you with a CRM people will actually open. Keep your current site. Or do not have one. HighLevel still takes the enquiry.
With a website
Form or chat on the site writes into HighLevel. Reply goes out. Booking sits on the same record. No inbox archaeology.
Without a website
Facebook and Instagram lead forms, a booking link, a QR on a van, a missed-call text. HighLevel still runs the follow-up.
Ads and social
Meta lead ads and Facebook forms land as contacts. The sequence starts before anyone opens a laptop.
Bookings
A public calendar. Reminders. No-show texts. The diary is the source of truth, not a WhatsApp thread.
Events and workshops

FKIT Up & Running
A one-off setup fee, covering up to about 3 hours. From £297 + VAT.

Larger builds are quoted as projects. Ad-hoc labour is £90 / hour + VAT.
Not a time machine
Snapshot rebuilds the system. CSV rebuilds the people. Conversations and media are archives. Monthly £19 + VAT is included in Eyes On. Weekly £49 a month + VAT, with the conversation archive. One-off set-up fee £95 + VAT, waived for Eyes On clients.
HighLevel can be set to auto-delete call recordings (90 days by default once it's switched on). Deleted contacts can be restored for 60 days, but their notes and conversations don't come back. We hold an off-account copy. You can have one too.
